Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

1. Cancellation by Customer

If cancellation is made:

• 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation charges
• 15–30 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges

Exact cancellation terms may vary depending on airline, hotel, and vendor policies.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Visa fees
• Flight tickets (as per airline rules)
• Peak season bookings
• Special promotional packages

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refund will be made through the original mode of payment.
• Bank/payment gateway charges may be deducted.

4. Cancellation by Company

Reena Holidays reserves the right to cancel a tour due to:

• Natural disasters
• Insufficient participants (for group tours)
• Government restrictions

In such cases:

• Full refund OR
• Alternative travel date option will be provided.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to:

• Weather conditions
• Strikes
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God
