4. Changes by Customer

Any change in travel dates, hotel category, or destination after booking confirmation may:

5. Changes by Company

Reena Holidays reserves the right to:

Modify itinerary due to weather, natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances.
Replace hotels with similar category hotels if required.

We ensure reasonable alternatives in such cases.

6. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for:

Valid ID proof
Passport validity (minimum 6 months for international travel)
Visa requirements
COVID or other health-related documentation (if applicable)

7. Limitation of Liability

Reena Holidays acts as a travel service provider and shall not be responsible for:

Delays due to airlines or transport providers
Natural disasters
Political disturbances
Loss or damage of personal belongings
